Operations Director at Hunter Safety, Kirsty Carroll, has starred on Channel 4’s Location, Location, Location alongside her husband Rich, to find a family home in York after enjoying the London lifestyle for 5 years.
Kirsty sought the help of the show, presented by Phil Spencer and Kirstie Allsopp, to find their dream home back in the North. Kirsty and Rich settled on a 3-bedroomed 1930s home based in Holgate, outer York.
Kirsty said: "It was such a fantastic experience to house hunt with the help of Phil, Kirstie and the whole Location, Location, Location team. We never would have looked at the house we bought, so by showing us something different to our original ideas, Phil and Kirstie found us our dream home. We’re so excited to spend the years to come there with a family of our own.”
In the programme, Kirstie Allsopp was filmed telling co-host Phil Spencer that 33-year-old Kirsty and Rich needed to ‘hurry up’ if they were planning a family. Shortly after being filmed for the programme, Kirsty and Rich announced they were expecting their first child, which is due next month (April 2018).
The team at Hunter Safety are extremely proud of Kirsty and Rich; they made a great impression on-screen and everybody is thrilled that they will begin growing their family this year. We wish Kirsty all the best on her maternity leave, which will begin in April.
You can catch Kirsty and Rich house-hunting on the ‘All 4’ on-demand web player by searching for ‘Location, Location, Location’ and selecting the episode titled ‘Episode 9 - York 2018’.
