A full turn-key approach for Philips, including Principal Contractor management on site and the delivery of training for key personnel through Hunter Consultancy Services.

The team provided competent safety management resources to ensure sub-contractors met their safety expectations whilst undertaking high-risk activities on site as well as implementing robust management systems. They also developed and implemented a CDM management system, to meet Philips’ needs and trained staff on how to effectively use it.

It was important to establish and maintain a positive safety culture on this operational manufacturing site, enabling Philips to have greater ownership and accountability amongst project managers.

Hunter Consultancy Services also delivered CDM awareness training across all levels of the business, from directors to project managers, allowing them to understand and effectively discharge their duties under CDM Regulations 2015. This was approached both from a legal perspective, but also covering their duties in practice.
